IS THIS HOME SAFE FOR BABIES, CHILDREN & PETS?

Yes!  We do have a gate on the top floor (main living area) to ensure the kids don't go down the stairs.   The master bedroom and bottom floor each have doors to keep the kiddos in the room and safe.  There are three decks on the property, but the railing is high and safe. However it is the guests responsibility to look after their children and babies as there are stairs and a deck on the property.

Sorry we do not allow pets!  The house has all new furniture, linens, and was just remodeled.  Our goal is to provide the best experience for our guests which is why we have chosen to not allow pets.

Canyon Life

Keep in mind the property is located in the Canyon just north of sedona in a community of roughly 75 homes.   In order to get to the property you have to cross a bridge over the creek.  There is great cell service, internet, and power.  Keep in mind mother nature sometimes has a mind of it's own so it is important to plan for the unknown.  We recommend all guests stop and ensure they have enough groceries and supplies as the nearest grocery store is about a 15 minute drive.
